Mr. Yorizal Pasambe is the General Manager of Manado Quality Hotel. Mr. Pasambe has been working in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. As an intimate greeting staff members call him Mr. Rizal. He and his professional team work endlessly to ensure guests receive warm and friendly service during the course of their stay at Manado Quality Hotel.



Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy : 

- Cancellations made seven days or more before arrival : no charge

- Six days before arrival : 50 percent of the charge for the first night

- Five or four days before arrival : 100 percent of the charge for the first night

- Three days or less before arrival or no show : no refund 

Late Check-Out policy :

- 12.00 - 18.00 : 50% from contract rate

- 18.00 - onward : 1 (one) night charge

Policy on Children Staying With Parents :

- Children under 2 year old - FOC.

- Children up to 5 years old sharing room with parents will get 25% additional charge from the rate.

- Children up to 12 years old  will be charged the same rate as adult.
